Newsfeed

  • Functionality: A ticketing system for employees to submit requests, concerns, or inquiries, which are then managed and addressed by the relevant department for efficient resolution.

User Flow

Enhance team engagement by following these steps:

  1. Newsfeed:

    • Add a new post, engage with likes, and participate in comment discussions to foster community.
  2. Status Check-Ins:

    • Navigate to Settings to set up Check-In questions, specifying the time, frequency, and assignees.
    • Respond to Check-In notifications with updates on task completion and plans for the day, enhancing team awareness.
  3. Ping:

    • Initiate private chats with any team member for direct communication and collaboration.
  4. Support Tickets:

    • Submit new tickets for any issues or requests, assigning them to the relevant department for resolution.
