The Learning & Development module, powered by our Learning Management System (LMS), offers a comprehensive platform for the management of learning and training initiatives within the organization. This module ensures that employees have seamless access to training materials, courses, and resources, facilitating the creation of tailored learning paths.

Features​

Course Catalog​

  • Functionality: Allows authorized personnel to create and manage a catalog of courses, including video content, descriptions, assignees, and quiz times. Course creators can also design quizzes and issue certifications upon successful course completion.
  • Benefits: Streamlines the process of course creation and management, enabling the organization to offer a wide range of learning opportunities to its employees.

Enrollments​

  • Functionality: Displays a list of courses assigned to employees for their enrollment, making it easy for them to access and commence their learning journey.

Learning Tracker​

  • Functionality: Tracks an employee's progress through each course with a percentage indicator, allows for the resumption of videos from the last stopping point, and facilitates the review of quiz answers. Upon completion, employees receive a certification highlighting their achievement.
  • Benefits: Enhances the learning experience by providing clear metrics on progress and accomplishments, thereby motivating employees to complete their courses.

User Flow​

To leverage the Learning & Development module effectively, follow these steps:

  1. Course Creation and Management:

    • Create a new course, design its accompanying quiz, and assign it to employees.

  2. Employee Enrollment and Course Completion:

    • Employees enroll in assigned courses, complete them along with the quizzes, and review their progress and quiz answers.

  3. Certification and Feedback:

    • Upon successful course completion, employees receive certifications and feedback, acknowledging their accomplishments and areas for improvement.
