The Leave Management module offers a comprehensive solution for managing leave requests and policies within your organization. It provides employees with the flexibility to request both paid and unpaid leaves, streamlining the process of leave management according to individual and organizational needs.

Features

My Leave

  • Functionality: Employees can easily request leaves directly through this feature. The module allows for viewing available leave balances and submitting requests for time off based on the organization's leave policies.
  • Benefits: Empowers employees with self-service access to manage their leave requests, promoting transparency and efficiency in the leave approval process.

Company Leaves

  • Functionality: Offers an overview of leave requests across the organization. Managers and authorized personnel can view and monitor leave records for all employees, facilitating effective planning and resource allocation.
  • Benefits: Enhances visibility into company-wide leave trends, helping to manage workforce availability and ensuring operational continuity.

Leave Requests (Pending Approval)

  • Functionality: This section displays all leave requests submitted by employees that are awaiting approval. It allows managers to review, approve, or deny these requests in a timely manner.
  • Benefits: Streamlines the approval process, ensuring that leave requests are handled efficiently and fairly.

User Flow

To effectively manage leaves within your organization, follow these steps:

  1. Setting Leave Policies:

    • Navigate to Settings and select Leave policy to assign and customize leave policies for your organization.
  2. Requesting Leave:

    • Employees go to My Leaves to request leave, selecting from available leave types based on the assigned leave policy.
  3. Approving Leave Requests:

    • Authorized personnel review pending leave requests in the Leave Requests section and make decisions to approve or deny.
  4. Monitoring Company Leaves:

    • Use the Company Leaves feature to get an overview of all leave requests and statuses within the organization, ensuring optimal staffing and resource planning.

This module simplifies leave management, making it more transparent and accessible for both employees and managers, thereby enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
