Why are images not visible on my site?

If you're experiencing issues with images not appearing on your site, there are a couple of things you can check to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Ensure Proper Redirection to www: Make sure your site is configured to always use the www prefix (https://www.yourdomain.com). This means setting up a redirection so that even if someone tries to access your site using https://yourdomain.com, they are automatically redirected to the www version. Lack of consistent redirection can sometimes cause resources like images not to load correctly.

  2. Check Permissions of the Public/Media Folder: Verify that your public/media folder has the correct permissions set. For most web servers, setting the folder permissions to 777 (which allows read, write, and execute permissions for everyone) can resolve access issues.

  3. Contact Support: If you've tried the above steps and still face issues, it might be time to contact support. Send an email to support@saasforest.com. Additionally, you can reach out via our live chat support, and our dedicated team will be at your service. Please mention that you've already checked HTTPS redirection and folder permissions so they know what troubleshooting steps you've already undertaken.

Why is the languages key missing in my site after an update?
